Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?
While we offer a Guest Checkout option for a quick and seamless shopping experience, we highly recommend creating a GesKart account. Registering allows you to easily track your orders, view your purchase history, save your delivery addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout process on your future visits.
How can I change my account password?
To change your password, log in to your GesKart account and navigate to the My Account or Profile Settings dashboard. From there, select Security or Password Settings, enter your current password, and follow the prompts to set a new one. Once saved, you will be able to log in with your updated credentials.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” option in the menu. Enter your Order ID and Billing Email, then click “Track” to view your order status.
How can I change the products in an existing order?
If your order hasn’t been processed for shipping, you can reach out to our support team at [Your Email/Phone]. We will do our best to modify your order. If it’s already dispatched, changes are not possible.
How can I change the address or phone number in an existing order?
Please contact us immediately via our helpdesk or support email. If the order is not yet packed, we can update your shipping details.
What should I do if the delivery has failed?
If our courier partner cannot deliver, they will attempt re-delivery. Please check your tracking link for updates. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a fresh delivery.
I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product. How should I proceed?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please share an unboxing video and photos of the item/packaging with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
You ship internationally?
Currently, we operate only within India. We are working on expanding our services globally soon.

Our policy covers items that are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. We prioritize quality assurance to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
When am i eligible to request a return or replacement?
You are eligible if the product received is faulty, significantly different from the description, or physically damaged upon arrival.
What happens after my return or replacement request is approved?
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item. After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will dispatch your replacement or initiate your refund.
In which cases can i request a return or replacement?
Requests are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items delivered. Please initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.

Which items are not eligible for return or replacement?

When will i get my refund after returning a product?

What should i do if the payment has failed?
If money was deducted from your account but the order wasn't placed, don't worry. It will be automatically refunded by your bank within 3-5 business days. Please try placing the order again.
What amount will i be refunded if i used a coupon code?
If you used a coupon code, the refund will be the net amount you actually paid for the product (after the discount).
If i placed my order via gift voucher, how will i be refunded for a cancelled order?
The refund amount will be credited back to your geskart gift card balance for future use.
